Normally, it takes 3-4 days to deliver your paintings within Nepal. You will receive an estimated delivery timeframe with your order confirmation.
Do you offer international shipping for portrait paintings?

Our painting process is a thoughtful, step-by-step approach to ensure your complete satisfaction.
The process begins when you submit a online form. You’ll provide details such as your desired size of the artwork, reference pictures, number of person in the painting, and other additional requirements.
After we finalize the details of your project, we’ll request a 50% advance payment. Then our team of skilled artists gets to work.
At a certain stage of the painting process, we’ll send you a progress update. This is where you get to see how your artwork is taking shape. It’s also an opportunity for you to provide feedback or request changes if necessary.
Your feedback is communicated directly to our artists, who are committed to making the requested changes to ensure your complete satisfaction.
Once you’re entirely satisfied with the final artwork, we complete the finishing touches. Your artwork is then carefully packaged to ensure it arrives at your doorstep in pristine condition.

No, we do not have a cash refund policy for portrait painting orders. Once an order has been placed and the advance payment received, we commit our resources, including paints, canvas, and the artist’s time, to commence work on your painting. As a result, it is not feasible to offer cash refunds.

As a result, we offer discounts during select significant holidays such as Father’s Day, Valentine’s Day, and other occasions. Is there any way to get a discount or cashback offer?
